Executive Summary 

Friends for Life (FFL) was created to help the elderly and people with disabilities live independently as long as possible. FFL provides five areas of service to prolong independent living, unlike the typical nursing home which only provides minimal medical care and sustained living.

The FFL facility has reached full capacity and needs to expand.  FFL has the opportunity to improve current services, attract more volunteers, receive more donations, and expand the facilities by implementing public relations tactics.

Economical factors are the main road block towards building a larger facility. If awareness is raised FFL can expand the current facilities, client base and services to those in need.

We created a campaign using traditional and social media to publicize the organization. Media efforts were not being used to their full advantage at the start of the campaign. We educated our client on the best way to increase social media presence and improve traditional media efforts. We created various print material, a video public service announcement, a press release and a feature story for FFL. 

After implementing these materials, our client saw an increase in interaction and presence on social media and overall awareness about the organization.
